Jeff Cascaro

Jeff Cascaro was born in 1968 and has been singing since he can remember. His professional career began at the age of 18 when he won "Jugend jazzt". He gained experience as a background singer and guest musician with the big bands of NDR, SWR, Rias, HR, with Ute Lemper, the Fantastischen Vier, Sasha, Joe Sample von den Crusaders, Götz Alsmann, Klaus Doldinger's Passport, the Guano Apes and Paul Kuhn - to name but a few. And to give an insight into the cross-genre understanding of music of the man from the Ruhrpott, who so unmistakably has his heart on the right soul spot. Since 2000, the versatile practitioner has also been professor of jazz singing at the Franz Liszt School of Music in Weimar and has given master classes for well-known singers such as Xavier Naidoo and Sasha to this day. Jeff Cascaro carefully prepared his debut under his own name - and finally showed in 2006 what it means to have the "Soul Of A Singer" (the title song). His second album was called "Mother and Brother" and was released in 2008. The album is about the fateful ups and downs of life. In 2012 the 3rd longplayer "The Other Man" was released. In 2017 his jazz debut album "Love & Blues in the City" will follow after a big band excursion.

Stefan Raab, who invited Jeff Cascaro to TV-Total with his album, recommended to his audience: "You should remember the name".
